From Wi-Fi to check-out: you'll find all the information you need in this info guide. Everything is prepared so that you can organise your holiday completely independently. Concentrate on what really matters up here at 2020m: pure relaxation, freedom and the Alpine lifestyle.

Our recommendation for winter travel: Have snow chains easily accessible in your car - better safe than sorry.
 

PARKING

There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house. We do not have our own car park.

CHECK-IN

Your flat will be ready for you from 15:00 for your #easy-check-in. The key is waiting in the key safe.

Earlier arrival is not possible. Only our cleaning team is in the house until 15:00 and they need free access. The access door remains closed until they have finished.

KEY SAFE

The key safes are located on the 2nd floor, each flat has its own.

Take the key for your flat. When you check out, simply hang the key back up and close the box.

THE WHITE GLASS DOOR

The white glass door is the entrance to the Appartements Kühtai and is located between the first and second floor in the stairwell.

On your key ring you will not only find the key for your flat, but also your own key for this glass door.

Please always lock the door when you go in or out.

It is an escape door: the door can always be opened from the inside in an emergency, even if it is locked.

The door on the ground floor is never locked so that everyone can get in to the tourist office or to browse through brochures.

WI-FI

Our W-LAN is free of charge for all guests. The password: onkelklaus (lower case and written together).

AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENT

Of course the beds are made and the towels are prepared.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, pots, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster and two hotplates.

TV and WLAN? Of course. All there and available to you free of charge.

GUEST CARD

With the Welcome Card you get free leisure activities and lots of discounts in Innsbruck and the region.

For young and old, active and connoisseurs. We will send you your guest card by e-mail after you have checked in online.

BREAD ROLL SERVICE

Of course, breakfast is important! At the reception you will find a telephone with direct dialling to the bakery. 

There are also prepared price lists that you can take back to your flat. Please keep a tally of what you have ordered during your stay.

You can place your order directly with the baker by telephone the day before between 18:00 - 22:00 (leave a message on the mobile phone).

"I would like to place an order for tomorrow for Appartements Kühtai, Flat name (e.g. Imst).

At the end of your stay, please send us a photo of your order list via Whatsapp to +43 664 230 1050 and we will send you an invoice.

The bread rolls land in front of the white glass door or on the stairs on the ground floor. Early in the morning, when everyone is still asleep.

Each apartment has its own white paper bag with a delivery note on the front, on which the order and the flat name are written.

Our baker delivers fresh pastries to Kühtai every day (except on 25 December and 1 January).

GROCERY DELIVERY & SHOPPING

For your holiday at 2020m above sea level, we recommend that you stock up on groceries in advance.

There is a grocery shop on site, but the selection is limited and the nearest better-stocked supermarkets are around 30 minutes away by car.

Option 1:

Order your groceries online. The delivery will come directly to your apartment on the first day. Orders can be placed from MON-SAT 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM directly at the Adeg Lechner supermarket in Sellrain, either by phone: +43 664 5722925 or by email: andrea.lechner@seh.adeg.at

Option 2:

Get your supplies in the valley before you head to Kühtai. In Kematen (if you're coming from the east) and Ötz (if you're coming from the west), you'll find grocery stores, drugstores, and pharmacies.

If you're coming through the Sellraintal valley, there's an M-PREIS store right next to the main road in Kematen (just after the highway exit, still in the Inntal valley), which is well-stocked.

If you're coming from the west, "Ötz" is the last opportunity for shopping. Right after the highway exit, there's a drugstore ("dm"), Aldi ("Hofer"), and a "SPAR" supermarket.

A pharmacy and an M-PREIS are located in the town before the exit to Kühtai.

WASTE DISPOSAL

There are two rubbish bins under the sink in the flat. The blue one is for organic waste, always use organic bags (there are more of them in the "Allesschrank", see above).

Waste bins for organic waste (brown) and residual waste (black), as well as collection boxes for paper + cardboard, plastic, glass and aluminium can be found in the basement ("Müllraum Appartements Kühtai").

One of the two keys on your waistband is also suitable for the rubbish room. Check before you leave whether you have taken out the rubbish.

VARIOUS HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

The cupboard for all eventualities is located on the mezzanine floor: Bin liners, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, extra crockery and cutlery - you'll find it all here.

There's also a hairdryer if you've forgotten it and light bulbs in case something burns out.

BED LINEN, TOWELS, DISH TOWELS

Additional towels, bed linen and tea towels: Check the linen cupboard opposite reception in the common room.

WASHING MACHINE / VACUUM CLEANER / CLEANING AGENTS

You will find the laundry room between reception and the common room. Washing and drying laundry? Easy! The short programme (switch to the right) only takes 20 minutes.

Cleaning products are also available if necessary. There is always a hoover behind reception.

LIGHTS

The light outside the white glass door switches itself off. But the other light switches in the apartment complex? You have to switch them off yourself.

HEATING

When you leave, turn down the heating, it saves energy and money. Before departure, check that all heaters are off. Especially the ones in the bathroom - unplug them!

FUSE BOX & FIRE EXTINGUISHER

If a fuse blows, we're prepared. Fuse boxes & fire extinguishers can be found behind the reception and in the apartments.

PETS

Sorry, no pets are allowed anymore.
 

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in our house for #easy neighborhood and environment. You can smoke outside the house or on the balcony. Please make sure no smoke enters the house.
 

CHECK OUT

On the day of departure until 9:30 AM, it's time for #selfcheckout. Leave the apartment broom-clean and put the dishes away clean. Close all windows, take out the trash, lock the apartment and the glass door, and put the key in the safe.

If extra work is needed from the cleaning team, it will be charged separately.
