◾ All prices are per night per apartment.

◾ Children's discount: 0-2 years old receive 100% discount, 3-5 years old receive 50% discount, children aged 6 and above pay the full price.

◾ Additional guests are charged €25.00 per night, with children's discounts applied (see above).

◾ Payment is required in advance via bank transfer. Prices stated in the booking confirmation apply. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be accommodated.

◾ Sorry, pets are no longer allowed.

◾ To prevent misunderstandings, please note that the rental of holiday apartments is not subject to Austrian hotel regulations.

Stornobedingungen

We accept free cancellations up to 60 days before the start of your holiday, and cancellation can be made by both parties.

For cancellations made after this period, we must charge 50% of the rental price, 70% for cancellations made within 14 days before the start of the holiday, and 100% for cancellations made within the last week before the arrival date or in the event of a no-show—i.e., failure to arrive without notification.
